The teachings of Buddhism emphasize the interconnectedness of all living beings and the importance of living a moral and ethical life. Additionally, the practice of meditation in Buddhism can help individuals find peace and contentment in their lives. However, some interpretations of Buddhist teachings may also emphasize the impermanence and suffering inherent in life, which could be seen as more life-negating. Overall, Buddhism can be seen as both life-affirming and life-negating, depending on the specific teachings and interpretations. **

Buddhism is not necessarily an escape from life, but rather a way to understand and navigate the challenges and suffering that life presents. It teaches followers to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom in order to find peace and contentment in the midst of life's difficulties. By embracing impermanence and the interconnectedness of all beings, Buddhism encourages individuals to fully engage with life and its experiences, rather than seeking to escape from them. Ultimately, Buddhism offers a path towards liberation from suffering by transforming one's relationship with life, rather than avoiding it altogether. **
