At 159cm and 50kg, your body mass index (BMI) would be around 19.7, which falls within the healthy weight range. However, it's important to remember that BMI is just one measure of health and doesn't account for factors like muscle mass or body composition. It's best to focus on overall health and well-being rather than just a number on the scale. If you have concerns about your weight, it's a good idea to speak with a healthcare professional who can provide personalized advice. **

No, a person who is 164cm tall and weighs 50kg would not fit on a 130cm pony. The pony would not be able to comfortably support the weight of the rider, and the rider's legs would likely hang too low to properly control the pony. It's important to match the size and weight of the rider to the appropriate size of the pony for the safety and comfort of both the rider and the animal. **

It is important to properly cure the new concrete to prevent cracking and ensure a strong bond between the two layers. **
