Once inside, the Greek soldiers emerged from the horse and opened the gates for the rest of the Greek army, leading to the fall of Troy. The wooden horse has since become a symbol of deception and trickery. **

To shorten a wooden board by 4-6 mm, you can use a hand plane or a power planer to shave off the excess wood. Another option is to use a table saw with a fine-toothed blade to make a precise cut along the length of the board. You can also use a sanding block or a belt sander to gradually remove the desired amount of wood from the end of the board. Whichever method you choose, be sure to measure and mark the board accurately before making any cuts or adjustments. **
