Netflix was not sued over the film Cuties because the First Amendment of the United States Constitution protects freedom of speech, including artistic expression. The moral justifiability of making a film like Cuties is a complex and subjective issue. Some argue that the film's portrayal of the sexualization of young girls is necessary to shed light on important social issues and spark conversations about the exploitation of children. Others believe that the film crosses ethical boundaries by depicting underage girls in a provocative manner, potentially contributing to the very issue it seeks to address. Ultimately, the moral justifiability of Cuties depends on individual perspectives and values regarding artistic expression, social commentary, and the protection of children. **

Yes, normal cotton can be used instead of Zippo cotton in a Zippo lighter. Zippo cotton is specifically designed for use in Zippo lighters, but regular cotton can also be used as a replacement. However, it's important to ensure that the cotton is clean and free of any impurities or chemicals that could affect the performance of the lighter. Additionally, the cotton should be cut to the appropriate size to fit properly in the lighter. **

Budgies do not typically fear toys, but they may be cautious or hesitant around new toys at first. Once they become accustomed to the toys, budgies often enjoy playing with and exploring them. Providing a variety of toys can help keep budgies mentally and physically stimulated. **
